Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is your product warranty?

  • A:  Our goal is to provide the best service while fabricating the highest quality, most effective orthoses available.  Bracemasters’ custom products are guaranteed for materials, workmanship, fit and function for ninety days plus fourteen days after the orthosis is shipped, when they are fabricated from an acceptable impression or scan of the patient’s limb.  Please see our warranty information page for further details.

Q:  Do you provide educational opportunities?

  • A:  Yes.  We can provide conferences specifically geared toward our DRAFO® program for continuing education credit at our facility, your facility, and at many regional professional meetings nationwide.  See our Conferences page for details and current schedule.

Q:  Do you make L-Code recommendations for your products?

  • A:  Yes.  We can make recommendations for billing codes based on current trends and billing practices.  Our experience is limited to the information provided by our customers with respect to how they routinely bill for our products.  Bracemasters International, LLC makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or appropriateness of a code as they can change or be modified without our knowledge.  Please use our suggestions as a base line upon which you can make a final determination as to the appropriateness of an L-Code.

Q:  How do I get started with Bracemasters International?

  • A:  You can use our Contact page, or simply call Customer Service at 262-797-9771 to set up an account.  We suggest one of these two methods before sending a project for fabrication.

Q:  Do you provide guidelines or technical assistance for challenging patient projects?

  • A:  Absolutely.  We can use our experience from fabricating for hundreds of practitioners nationwide, as well as our staff’s vast patient care experience to help you engineer the best possible orthosis for your patient.  And if we are not the best fabricator for the job, we’ll tell you who is.

Q:  What is “Support for Life”?

  • A:  "Support for life" begins with a product evolution that blends the benefits of soft, synthetic materials with rigid, structural plastics through an efficient layering, molding and shaping process.  These innovative product evolutions along with investments in the latest proprietary manufacturing technology combine to support a broader, more holistic approach by patient providers. "Support for Life" is support for your patient, support for your practice, and support for you.
